Mario Carisch established Flex A Seal in 1990 to provide general waterproofing services to the domestic building industry in Melbourne and Victoria’s regional towns and cities.

Ten years later, Mario combined Flex A Seal with his other specialist companies, Motag Industries and Lifetrade Waterproofing. With the addition of remedial and commercial waterproofing services, Flex A Seal became a one-stop shop for waterproofing in residential and commercial building.

With such a diverse technical history, Flex A Seal is an industry leader and we work hard to maintain this position.
